11. Service Satisfaction
We aim for complete customer satisfaction with our cleaning services. If you have any concerns about the service provided, please bring them to our attention before leaving our facility. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns promptly.
Service issues identified after departure should be reported within 24 hours to allow for proper assessment and resolution.
